Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Alarms, missions, sounds you import, mission results, streaks, badges and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. You can delete them at any time in the app or by deleting the app. Backups you export are files you control.
Apple Health (sleep)
If you connect Apple Health, NOPE reads only sleep times to show your nights and week. NOPE never writes to Health. Health data stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. Recent sleep durations are kept on the device so the sleep widget can show them. You can revoke access in Settings › Health › Data Access.
Location and weather
If you choose “My location”, NOPE asks for your location once to get the morning forecast from Apple Weather (WeatherKit). Location is not stored on our side. You can pick a city manually instead.
Camera (QR missions)
The camera is used only while you scan a QR code for a mission. Images are processed on the device and are never saved or sent. NOPE stores only a salted fingerprint of the code so it can recognise it later.
Apple Music
If you choose a song as an alarm sound, NOPE uses Apple Music to let you browse and preview it. No music is copied into alarm files.
Flock (group alarm)
Flock is optional. When you create or join a flock, NOPE stores in your iCloud through Apple CloudKit: the flock name and emoji, the alarm time, days and mission, the display name you enter, and the time each member woke up and how long their mission took. This information is visible only to the members of that flock. An invite code and the flock name are kept in the app’s CloudKit container so friends can join with the code. Leaving a flock removes you from it. The developer has no access to your private iCloud data.
Purchases
NOPE Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
Widgets
Widgets read a small summary (next alarm, streak, sleep, weather) that the app saves in a shared container on your device. Nothing leaves the device.
Children
NOPE does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Данные на устройстве
Будильники, миссии, импортированные звуки, результаты, серии, награды и настройки хранятся только на iPhone. Их можно удалить в приложении или вместе с приложением. Резервные копии — это файлы, которыми управляете вы.
Apple Здоровье (сон)
При подключении NOPE только читает время сна, чтобы показать ваши ночи и неделю, и ничего не записывает. Данные остаются на устройстве и никуда не отправляются. Длительность последних ночей хранится на устройстве для виджета сна.
Геопозиция и погода
При выборе «Моё местоположение» NOPE один раз запрашивает геопозицию для прогноза Apple Weather. Мы её не храним. Город можно выбрать вручную.
Камера (QR-миссии)
Камера работает только во время сканирования QR-кода. Изображения обрабатываются на устройстве и не сохраняются. Хранится только защищённый отпечаток кода.
Apple Music
Если вы выбираете песню для сигнала, NOPE использует Apple Music для выбора и прослушивания. Музыка не копируется в файлы будильника.
Стая (общий будильник)
Функция необязательна. При создании или вступлении в стаю NOPE хранит в вашем iCloud через Apple CloudKit: название и эмодзи стаи, время, дни и миссию, ваше имя в стае, время подъёма участников и длительность миссии. Эти данные видят только участники стаи. Код приглашения и название стаи хранятся в контейнере CloudKit приложения, чтобы друзья могли вступить по коду. Разработчик не имеет доступа к вашим личным данным iCloud.
Покупки
Подписка NOPE Pro оформляется через Apple. Платёжные данные мы не получаем.
